Sharpening has never been so easy! Just a few strokes are all it takes to restore the blade.
The blades made of tungsten carbide are set at 23 degrees, the most common angle suitable for kitchen and pocket knives.
The disadvantage of this system is the relatively rapid loss of knife mass. Not recommended for expensive knives that are intended for lifetime use.
